Take work, not phone tag.

We hold the client relationship, write the scope, and chase the schedule. You get the order, the address, the rate, and one dispatcher who answers.

Why service companies join.

Steady work orders

Portfolios generate the same work every month. Cover a trade in a metro we are busy in and the flow is repeat rather than one off.

Scopes that are already written

You get the address, the trade, the scope, and the rate before you drive. No quoting from a photo and no arguing about what was included.

Fair rates, paid on time

Rates are agreed per market and per trade before the first job. Approved invoices are paid on the terms we set at the start, not when the client pays us.

One dispatcher who answers

One person handles your orders, your schedule changes, and your invoice questions. You are not passed around a call center.

What we expect from you.

  • General liability insurance, current and on file before the first job
  • Workers’ compensation where your state and crew size require it
  • Licensing for any trade that is licensed in the state you work in
  • Before and after photos on every visit, dated and clear enough to read
  • A response to a dispatch within one business day, and on urgent work the same day
  • Professional conduct at occupied properties, including notice and clean up

How joining works.

  1. Apply

Tell us your trades, the states and metros you actually reach, your insurance position, and how long you have been in business.

  2. Review call

A short call to confirm coverage, capacity, and rates. We ask for your certificates and license numbers at this point, not before.

  3. First assignment

A real order with a written scope and an agreed price. We look at the photos and the turnaround before we send a second one.

  4. Ongoing work

Vendors who document well and answer quickly get more of the flow in their market. Insurance is rechecked as it comes up for renewal.

Introduce your company.

The application takes a few minutes. If we are not busy in your market yet we will say so rather than leaving you waiting.

Applying does not guarantee work. Volume depends on the trades you cover, the metros you reach, and your insurance staying current.
