If you already know what the work is and only need a qualified company on site, we dispatch from a network we hold insurance certificates and rate agreements for. Every vendor is checked for licensing where the trade requires it, and rates are agreed per market before the first job rather than negotiated per invoice.

How it is documented
Every order goes out as a written dispatch note: the address, the trade, the scope, and the window the vendor accepted. Before and after photos come back against that note, and we read them before they reach you, so a thin job goes back to the vendor instead of into your inbox. You get one closeout file per order holding the note, the photos, the dates, and one invoice, whichever company did the work.
