Coverage
A state is not a metro. Send the address and we check it against the vendors we already hold insurance and rates for in that market before we quote anything.
The date
Once the address is covered we set a date with the tenant or the agent and tell you what it is. If the date has to move you hear it before it moves, not after.
If we cannot cover it
Sometimes the answer is no. We say so the same day rather than holding an order open, so you can place the work somewhere that can actually take it.
